Administrative Associate
Investigative Group International (“IGI”) seeks an Administrative Associate who will work directly with the firm's leadership team on a combination of day-to-day and long-range projects.
This position is full-time in-person requiring both clerical duties and more in-depth assignments, including:
- Work with Management team drafting, revising, and preparing marketing materials.
- Assist with planning and execution of firm events.
- Assist with travel planning and related meeting preparation.
- Assemble marketing materials for meetings, events, and seminars.
- Assist with firm’s database management.
- Update and edit website.
- Set up meetings, coordinate schedules, arrange conference calls.
- Prepare and edit standard documents and correspondence.
- Assist with personnel matters.
- Book travel.
- Answer phones.
- Assist with various other administrative tasks as needed.
Additionally, this position will also support and advance the firm’s investigative mission by conducting in-depth public records, online, and archival research, synthesizing and analyzing their findings, and drafting client-facing summary reports, which will help inform our clients in a variety of complex and sensitive matters.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Proficiency and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with document management systems and legal timekeeping, a plus.
