Administrative Associate

Investigative Group International (“IGI”) seeks an Administrative Associate who will work directly with the firm's leadership team on a combination of day-to-day and long-range projects. 

This position is full-time in-person requiring both clerical duties and more in-depth assignments, including: 

  • Work with Management team drafting, revising, and preparing marketing materials.
  • Assist with planning and execution of firm events.
  • Assist with travel planning and related meeting preparation.
  • Assemble marketing materials for meetings, events, and seminars.
  • Assist with firm’s database management.
  • Update and edit website.
  • Set up meetings, coordinate schedules, arrange conference calls.
  • Prepare and edit standard documents and correspondence.
  • Assist with personnel matters.
  • Book travel.
  • Answer phones.
  • Assist with various other administrative tasks as needed.

Additionally, this position will also support and advance the firm’s investigative mission by conducting in-depth public records, online, and archival research, synthesizing and analyzing their findings, and drafting client-facing summary reports, which will help inform our clients in a variety of complex and sensitive matters.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Proficiency and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with document management systems and legal timekeeping, a plus.
