Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented AI Content and Data Trainer with a sales and/or marketing background to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of AI-driven solutions for the SaaS Enterprise space. You will be responsible for gathering content from our customers, running workshops, and leveraging your sales process knowledge to define the role, personality, and success metrics for each of our AI systems that enhance enterprise sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to gather relevant content, data, and insights for AI training.
- Lead workshops to determine key AI functionalities, roles, personas, and success metrics.
- Design and develop comprehensive AI personas aligned with business goals and sales objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of AI systems into customers' workflows.
- Continuously contribute to refining AI training processes to improve effectiveness and scalability.
- Maintain a deep understanding of SaaS marketing and enterprise sales development.
Qualifications
- Proven writing skills, with an ability to translate complex ideas into clear, concise content.
- A background in SaaS marketing, business development, or sales development.
- Passion for AI training and development, with a focus on sales and marketing in the SaaS Enterprise sector.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; experience leading workshops is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
