SIOP Analyst

Position Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and multi-faceted SIOP Analyst to forecast and support our supply chain operations and to drive efficiency in our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. Based in our logistic center in Pleasant Prairie, WI, the SIOP Analyst will be responsible for forecasting demand, sourcing materials from our strategic and non-strategic partners, and managing inventory levels. This role will be responsible for maintaining greater than 95% On-Time-Delivery to our customers while reducing our Cash Conversion Cycle.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • S&OP: Enhance and manage a world-class Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, ensuring alignment between our manufacturing partners, our internal manufacturing, and our Commercial team to optimize production strategies for both direct and distribution businesses.
  • Key Performance Indicators: Continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) including Operating Profit, Stock Levels, On-Time Delivery, and Forecast Accuracy.
  • Production Scheduling: Manage monthly and quarterly production scheduling process (Master Production Schedule - MPS) in partnership with our manufacturing partners and internal team to optimize capacity planning and support future product demand growth.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee multiple vendors, including the management of strategic outsourced relationships, identifying opportunities for cost savings through logistics optimization, and fostering win-win business models with suppliers.
  • Process Improvement: Reassess existing supply chain processes, tools, systems, training materials, and policies central to supply chain management and strategic sourcing, including spend analytics, supplier performance/relationship management, and risk assessment.

Required Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3 Years of working experience is preferred, Recent grad with a degree in Supply Chain Management will be considered. 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to engage with senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning, Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Ability to work in an Entrepreneurial environment and collaborate across functions.
