A&R Intern (Artist & Repertoire)

Position: A&R Intern
Location: Jacksonville, FL (In-person)
Duration: 6 months
Compensation: Unpaid (with potential for a future paid position)

Job Description:
As an A&R Intern at High Quality Creatives, you will have the opportunity to scout new talent, help with artist development, and assist in day-to-day operations related to artist relations. This position is perfect for those passionate about discovering new music and supporting emerging talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Scout and recommend new talent to the label.
  • Attend live shows and events to identify potential artists.
  • Assist in managing artist relations and communications.
  • Research industry trends and artists in relevant genres (urban pop, hip-hop).
  • Help develop strategies to support artist growth.

Requirements:

  • Passion for music, especially urban pop and hip-hop.
  • Strong knowledge of the music industry and emerging trends.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Willingness to attend local events and shows.
