Internship Program Overview:
Our Interns & Co-ops are our entry-level talent pipeline for GF across the globe. Our goal is to provide students with a meaningful work experience. As an intern at GF, you’ll experience one-on-one mentorship, work assignments that prioritize your growth and potential, professional development opportunities, and the chance to network with executives.
Summary of Role:
This internship will support the Marketing Team with content development, including and not limited to, social media calendars, blogs, PR announcements, and co-marketing with GF’s customers and partners. The objective of this role is to develop external content that showcases GF’s broad product portfolio and manufacturing expertise to our customers and partners.
Essential Responsibilities include:
- Assist in the creation of press releases, technical blog posts, case studies, white papers, social media posts and other written materials.
- Work with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information for content development, helping to translate complex technical concepts into engaging narratives.
- Support the development of thought leadership content, such as bylined articles and expert commentary, to position company executives as industry leaders and help amplify through social media.
- Coordinate co-marketing and content creation with external partners and customers.
Required Qualifications:
- Education – At least a sophomore at time of application and actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or master's in marketing, communications, journalism or related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship.
- Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and be in good academic standing.
- Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
- Travel - Up to 10%
- Ability to work 40 hours during summer per week during the internship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior related internship or co-op experience
- Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
- Project management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
- Strong planning & organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Expected Salary Range
$20.00 - $40.00
