Your role.
You’ll support the paid media team, including paid search, paid social, and vendor management for additional media needs. You’ll use data management skills to help produce monthly dashboard reports and perform campaign audits to assess targeting and budget optimization. Qualified candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and innovative team environment and possess copywriting, technology, and problem-solving skills. Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Populate Google Sheets, update KPI benchmarks, and review top performing ads by channel and campaign
- Vendor relationships needs, including processing invoices, credit card reconciliation, and requesting custom reports
- Maintain paid media resources on the team Wiki
- Prepare ad planning docs with guidance on audience criteria and campaign attributes
The qualifications.
- Pursing a B.S. or B.A. degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0)
- Critical thinking skills with an interest in data analysis and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to be highly responsive and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Interest in social media and advertising

This is a non-exempt position and may require work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week. This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.
