Summer 2025 Asset Protection Internship with Victoria's Secret & Co.
Your Role:
To provide a meaningful and holistic internship within our Asset Protection team. As an Asset Protection Intern, you will gain hands-on experience, to include working closely with Asset Protection leaders to develop skills in global security, travel safety, crisis and risk management, analytics and fraud, and physical security to support Asset Protection’s core mission: protecting People, Product and Property.
This intern will provide support to Global Security Operations and Travel Safety within our Emergency Operations Center (EOC), and to our Fraud Operations & Analytics team.

Your Impact:
- Assist the EOC team in global monitoring and intelligence analysis to provide time-sensitive response and reporting on incidents that may impact or pose a threat or risk to more than 14,000 business assets both internationally and domestically.
- Assist the Travel Safety & Security team in monitoring the international security environment and landscape to ensure the safety of associates who travel internationally or work at our global locations.
- Monitor internet, social media, news, and vendor intelligence sources for global safety, security, or emergency incidents that could cause risk or impact to the business.
- Assist the AP Operations & Analytics team with the responsibility of creating and maintaining reporting in a variety of digital platforms to include data management, process improvement, and supporting team goals and initiatives.
- Participate in projects that drive consistency, optimization, and fiscal responsibility to provide clear action points for AP: EOC, Campus, and Field teams.
- Attend internal team meetings and working sessions in a hybrid environment (in office 4 days a week)
Your Experience:
- Junior or Senior of a 4-year degree program, preferably International Relations, Security & Intelligence, Political Science, Criminal Justice, Business, or related field
- Interest in pursuing a career in asset protection, loss prevention, or corporate security
- Global mindset with the ability to assess incidents for potential risk or impact to business
- Strong written, verbal, & electronic communication skills
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a team-player mindset
- Strong organizational skills
