Conference and Events Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conference and Events Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and sales, particularly in the realm of conferences and events. Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage partnerships and sponsorships, as well as speaking and panel opportunities with event organizers.
  • Coordinate the shipment of conference materials to events.
  • Support the sales team with lead generation and client follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create engaging marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Organize and manage promotional events and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
