Project Manager
This position will be primarily responsible for the coordination of labor, materials and equipment in order to meet contractual requirements of multi-site projects. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to, stock material allocation, stock and non-stock material delivery, procurement and return of rental equipment, review and approval of shop drawings and schematics, execution of change orders, cost analyses, and force accounts.
This position will also have direct charge of associated field superintendents, foreman and laborers including any applicable regulation and policy enforcement. In addition, this position will include but is not limited to the following tasks:
- Weekly, Daily and Monthly scheduling of projects, employees, equipment, and materials for temporary products
- Effectively communicating job requirements, special conditions, proper techniques, safety concerns and production requirements
- Obtaining actual production rates
- Foreman expenditure management including expense approvals
- Coordination of material certifications and shipments to customers
- Maintenance of baseline inventory levels
- Underground utility coordination
- Timecard entry and ensuring timecards are completed correctly by all applicable associates

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE MINIMUM COLLEGE DEGREE (4 YEAR) OR COLLEGE DEGREE (2 YEAR) IN CONSTRUCTION FIELD PLUS 10 YEARS MINIMUM FIELD EXPERIENCE
