Express Access is the fastest way into Cleveland Browns Stadium on gameday, available to all fans for free. By signing up with their ticketing account, adding a selfie, and linking their tickets, fans can use designated Express lanes at any gate for quick entry. Enrollment applies to all tickets on the account. Additionally, Express Access makes it easy for fans 21+ to skip lines at concession stands by adding a valid ID and payment method, allowing them to quickly get their favorite beverage or food at Express-enabled locations throughout the stadium.

Job Details:
Formed in 2021, the Express Access Ambassador team has been instrumental in promoting Wicket's facial authentication technology, particularly for face-ID ticketing. With the recent expansion into Concessions and Credentialing, the team's responsibilities now span nearly every aspect of the stadium's operations. Although they work exclusively on gamedays, their role is crucial to Browns' operations, often providing valuable exposure to other departments within the organization. Along with a competitive hourly wage, ambassadors earn valuable experience working with a premier sports team and cutting-edge technology.
