Continuous Improvement Manager
As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and leading process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity within our electronic manufacturing operations.
Role Overview and Responsibilities

Charter a vision.
- Create and drive the site’s continuous improvement roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and assist with execution to meet business objectives.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to continuous improvement and implement relevant strategies as appropriate.

Drive change.
- Lead and facilitate process improvement projects, applying lean methodologies, Six Sigma principles, and other improvement techniques.
- Partner with the leadership team in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing robust operating cadences to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and utilize statistical tools to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.

Empower teams.
- Provide training and coaching to team members on continuous improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting employee engagement and empowerment in identifying and implementing improvement ideas.
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to enhance supply chain efficiency and drive improvement initiatives throughout the value stream.
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a continuous improvement role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge and application of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated success in leading and executing process improvement projects, resulting in measurable operational and financial improvements.
- Proficient in data analysis and utilization of statistical software/tools for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt) is highly desirable.
