Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Associate that will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist non-English speaking customers
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Collaborate with accounting team
- Fluency in English and at least one other language (written and verbal); Spanish is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to communicate clearly
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable and punctual. Strong work ethic
- Must be able to speak, read and type in English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Work in fast paced environment
- Proficient computer skills
