Data Management Intern

As a Data Management Intern at Mercer, you will play a key role in supporting the management and analysis of our compensation surveys across a wide array of industries —providing clients with critical insights into market trends. In this role, your primary focus will be on reviewing and validating survey data to ensure accuracy and quality across each stage of data submission. You’ll take part in essential survey administration activities, such as validating data submissions for accuracy in early stages of the survey cycle, performing aggregate-level data review, and providing direct client support. In addition, you’ll provide clients with guidance on survey participation and job matching, explaining Mercer’s survey methodology and job code structure to ensure they submit high-quality, consistent data. 

This position will give you hands-on experience in data validation, survey administration, and client interaction, allowing you to build foundational skills in data integrity and client support.
