Sales and Marketing Manager
This position plans, directs, controls, and supervises all the activities of the BCE Sales and Marketing team to: set and meet goals for profitable sale of furniture; contribute to marketing and sales of other BCE products/services; contribute to product development, selection and pricing; develop and manage customer relationships; and facilitate BCE contributions to DOC meeting its mission. This position has responsibility for providing sales and marketing leadership to the development and execution of BCE strategic, operational and financial plans.
Minimally qualified applicants will have experience:
• Leading and/or overseeing the work of others (e.g. training, coaching, mentoring, assigning duties, reviewing work, etc.)
• Developing and maintaining relationships with staff, management, and outside stakeholders such as customers and vendors
• Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to meet strategic, operational, and financial goals.
In addition to the above, well qualified applicants will have experience:
• Providing oversight of operations with multiple geographic locations
• Marketing and selling furniture to various customers (individuals, agencies, organizations, etc.)
