Intern Orientation Highlights
Internship Program Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Pursuing a four-year with an expected graduation between December 2025 and Summer 2027. Must have overall 2.8 GPA.
  • Transportation: Interns must have their own transportation to and from work.
  • Geographical Flexibility: Willing to relocate to one of our ADM locations.
  • Background Check: Successful completion of a background check is required.
  • Availability: Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2025.

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Data Scientist Intern to join our Emerging Technology team. You will analyze large data sets, build models, and provide insights to help drive business decisions. The role requires proficiency in data mining, algorithms, and simulations, along with strong communication skills to present findings to various stakeholders. Ideal candidates are innovative thinkers with experience in Python, R, SQL, and a passion for leveraging data to solve business challenges.

Main Responsibilities:
 

  • Apply advanced modeling techniques to solve global business problems.
  • Present data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions.
  • Manage end-to-end modeling processes, including data gathering, validation, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with managers to balance business needs and analytics perspectives.
  • Quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
