As a crew member, you’ll work on projects that can reach hundreds of thousands of dollars in value, crafting dream decks and outdoor structures that clients will love. We need reliable individuals who can follow direction, take initiative, and lead when needed. What You’ll Do:
- Assist in building high-end decks and outdoor structures, ensuring every detail meets our quality standards
- Follow directions from team leaders and contribute to a positive, efficient work environment
- Take on leadership tasks when needed and support your team to get the job done right
- Maintain a clean and safe work site, always adhering to safety protocols
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in construction, carpentry, or a related field
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to take initiative and step up into leadership roles when needed
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
