Title: Personal Lines Product Intern (hybrid)
Location: Columbus, OH
Work Schedule: 38.75hrs/week, 2 days in office (Tuesday & Wednesday) and 3 days remote (Monday, Thursday & Friday)
Duration: 14 weeks (mid-May to mid-August)

The interns will work day-to-day in their respective departments while also working as a group on a corporate project, which concludes with a capstone presentation to senior leaders. Summary: Assist in and support in the execution of the Personal Lines Strategy with a focus on key activities for the following strategic initiatives; Portfolio Management, PL New Product Features, etc.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Personal Lines Portfolio Management Strategy
- Research and design for new product features
- Support pricing and product managers by analyzing product enhancements and rate revisions
- Support national and state team projects and initiatives
- Market and competitive research
- Perform other research and analysis as needed/requested
What You’ll Bring to the Company:
The ideal candidate is working toward college degree in an analytical discipline such as Math, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or any other applicable degree. Experience with personal computers and a working knowledge of spreadsheet applications are required.
