Responsibilities

  • Onboarding: Educate customers how our solution program works (via zoom meetings, phone conversations) and help make the enrollment.
  • Support: Handle incoming requests efficiency and clarity.
  • Engagement: Use data to track your numbers behavior and drive them for better results.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with customers to drive engagement and work hard to meet better result weekly.
  • Work with Product, our public relation team and other sales teams to understand key product benefits and functionality.
  • Provide the best customer experience we possibly can to our customers.

 

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical, communications, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid work ethic and a strong customer focus
  • Must be adaptable, innovative, and a team player.
  • Must be organized, persuasive, determined to drive success.
  • Working knowledge of sales operations including data/reports, call planning, and sales tactics is a plus
