If yes, you could be a great fit as a Product Development Intern at Henkel, where you will get hands-on lab experience creating product formulations for some of our leading laundry brands like Persil© and all© and gain a comprehensive understanding of the role formulations plays in the development of products in the CPG industry. 

 
You can expect your internship to include assignments like:  

Working with Formulation Scientists to evaluate effectiveness of different chemicals on performance in cleaning products  

Researching novel chemistries to provide benefits within detergent formulations 

Preparing and presenting content demonstrating learnings from research and evaluations 

Partnering with the cross-functional R&D teams (analytical, packaging, process development, etc.) across the entire product development cycle from ideation to implementation

YOUR SKILLS 

A current undergraduate student planning to graduate in December 2025, 2026, or 2027 and majoring in chemistry, chemical engineering or biology 

Strong leadership, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
