What You’ll Be Doing:

New Sales Mastery:

  • Lead Generation Dynamo: Develop a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting—leveraging referrals, building relationships, and utilizing digital platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Pipeline Pro: Monitor and manage your pipeline weekly, from initial prospecting to finalizing the sale.
  • Risk Analysis Expert: Assess insurance prospects for risk quality and insurability, ensuring clients receive optimal solutions.
  • Custom Solutions Architect: Create personalized insurance programs and compelling proposals that address clients’ unique needs.
  • Persuasive Presenter: Deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients, with the support of our seasoned mentors, to close deals effectively.

Client Retention Specialist:

  • Client Care Champion: Conduct annual reviews and updates of coverage to meet evolving client needs.
  • Cross-Selling Guru: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products like umbrella policies and life insurance.
  • Relationship Builder: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, consistently meeting or exceeding retention goals.

Personal and Organizational Growth:

  • Sales Innovator: Actively participate in sales meetings, contributing valuable insights and strategies.
  • Market Trendsetter: Stay ahead of market trends to refine and enhance our marketing strategies and overall approach.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales Savvy: Proven experience in business-to-consumer sales with a talent for building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to secure an insurance license within the first 30 days of employment.
  • Networked Professional: A strong local network to leverage for lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Communicator Extraordinaire: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in essential computer tools (email, PDFs, etc.).
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
