What You’ll Be Doing:

New Sales Mastery:

  • Lead Generation Dynamo: Cultivate a robust pipeline of opportunities through creative prospecting methods, including leveraging referrals, strategic relationships, and digital channels like LinkedIn.
  • Pipeline Pro: Keep your finger on the pulse with weekly progress tracking from lead generation to closing.
  • Risk Analysis Expert: Evaluate potential clients’ insurance needs and risks, ensuring they’re well-positioned to thrive.
  • Custom Solutions Architect: Design and propose innovative insurance programs tailored to client needs.
  • Persuasive Presenter: Deliver compelling presentations that win over prospective clients and close deals with the backing of our experienced mentors.

Client Retention Specialist:

  • Client Care Champion: Regularly review and enhance coverage for current clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met.
  • Cross-Selling Guru: Identify and leverage opportunities to offer additional solutions that add value.
  • Relationship Builder: Foster and maintain strong client relationships, hitting and exceeding retention targets.

Personal and Organizational Growth:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales Savvy: Proven experience in B2B sales with a talent for building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to secure an insurance license within the first 30 days of employment.
  • Networked Professional: A strong local network to leverage for lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Communicator Extraordinaire: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in essential computer tools (email, PDFs, etc.).
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
