Career Launch Program: Sales & Commercial Finance – Inteva Products LLC

Program Description:

The Career Launch Program (CLP) focuses on recruiting outstanding students from key universities to infuse emerging talent into our company for continued growth. The core of the CLP is based on experiential learning in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. We believe the very best sales and commercial finance professionals in our organization all have a solid foundation of our business from working in different functional areas. As such, we have rooted the CLP as a rotational program where with the support of your function, you will gain experience in several cross-functional areas. 

You will rotate through many functional and cross functional areas such as: Purchasing, Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Commercial Finance, Quoting and Sales. This program can be completed at either Inteva’s World Headquarters and Technical Center in Troy, MI or Inteva’s Technical Center in Vandalia, OH. Throughout your time in the program, you will be engaged with your executive sponsor regarding your career path as well as receive support and guidance from a senior mentor. You will also present to our executive staff, which is chaired by our President and CEO, regarding your experience and recommendations. Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Finance or other Business related degrees; or Engineering degrees such as Mechanical or Electrical
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and participate in a team environment.
  • Ability to temporarily relocate throughout our facility footprint in the United States.
  • Solid history of academic achievement with a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Preferred:

  • A track record of achievement with previous internships or work assignments.
