Job Posting: Multi-Line Representative

Position: Full-time, in-office Multi-Line Representative Base Pay: $25,000 salary + commission

Responsibilities:

New account acquisition (75%)

  • Calling leads from the State Farm website and referrals 
  • Reaching out to current customers to provide better insurance options
  • Cultivating leads and acquiring new customers from your personal center of influence

Customer service (15%)

  • Taking payments
  • Providing documents
  • Helping process claims

Appointment setting (5%)

  • Reaching out to current customers to book appointments for insurance reviews
  • Assisting current customers to further enhance their insurance coverage with State Farm

Policy Reviews Requirements:

  • Ohio Property & Casualty license prior to start date
  • Ohio Life & Health license prior to start date
  • Employee will be responsible for paying state licensing and background check fees. After 1 year at the agency, the employee will be reimbursed for all fees related to licensing, background check, and one test for each line of business.
