Valencia & Diaz is seeking 2 bilingual Associate Attorneys who are aligned with our values. 1 position will work primarily in immigration law and the other will focus more on litigation in State, Federal and Immigration courts. These Attorneys should be:

  1. Bilingual in English and Spanish,
  2. Intellectually Honest and emotionally intelligent,
  3. A leader who Empowers staff and clients through their communication and educational skills,
  4. Innovative in delivering legal services, and
  5. Excited to work in a collaborative and social team-oriented environment.

We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, work well with people, able to manage high stress, and are comfortable with computers.  

Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish and have an interest and desire to practice in the areas of Immigration, Family Law, and Criminal Law. Special consideration will be given to those with prior experience in these areas and a drive to support the Immigrant, minority and marginalized Communities.
