Timeline:

 

The internship program will run from Monday, June 2nd, 2025, to Friday, August 8th, 2025.

Applications for PGIM Investment Professional roles are open as of July 1st. All other businesses will open on August 2nd. To ensure you are considered for the opportunities you want most, you are only able to apply to 3 positions per recruitment season.

 

Your Day to Day:

 

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Gaining hands-on experience and learn business-to-business sales including all aspects of a consultative sales model
  • Collaborating and shadowing with our National Sales Desk, Internal Wholesalers, to learn best practices of the business
  • Supporting sales projects, research, and presentations to ensure successful execution of various business strategies
  • Partnering with the broader Sales team to provide solutions and initiating efforts to improve process efficiencies

You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program or 5th year master's program graduating between December 2025 and May 2026
  • Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration
  • Preferred majors include Business, Economics, Finance, Financial Services, or related field of study

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Note: The salary range for this role is $28.00 to $30.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
