As a part of the Impact Advisors team, you will: 

 

Collaborate with team members who will help you discover ways to empower leaders, clinicians, employees, affiliates and communities to achieve positive patient outcomes. 

Have the ability to interact one on one with all levels of healthcare and consulting professionals to grow and broaden your perspectives and career 

Be a key part of project deliverables, firm collateral and development of internal methodology 

Work one on one with a personal professional coach to help you craft your career step-by-step; 

Receive an annual professional development budget that can be used towards technical certifications, specialized trainings and/or professional events

About You: 

Motivated emerging professional with a passion for improving healthcare through data driven operational improvement projects 

Collaborative teammate who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions  

Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level  

Focused on customer success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing  

Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Business (general), Graduation Date May 2025

Previous experience working or volunteering in a healthcare setting 

Located or wiling to relocate to Chicago area 

Ability to travel 80% of the time  

Authorized to work in the US 

Available to begin work August 2025
