Hafer Marketing Internship
Hafer is an architecture, engineering and interior design firm located in downtown Evansville. The marketing team at Hafer is responsible for business development activities, proposal creation, website, social media, coordination of photography and video production, marketing research and event planning. We are currently looking for a part time marketing intern to work during the Fall/Winter semester of 2024. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational and personal skills. The intern will assist with the following tasks:
- Assistance with proposal creation – writing, designing, and printing
- Research – leads, project information, proposal topics, client information, etc.
- Assistance with event planning
- Graphic design assistance – preparation of marketing materials and presentations
- Social media assistance
- Website management assistance
- Support of business development and public relations initiatives as required
- Other general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Team player, demonstrating commitment to our organization’s value of integrity
- Smart, quick, curious thinker and learner
- Creative writing skills
- Organized with a strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Extremely comfortable with technology
- Social media savvy
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
- Skilled in InDesign and graphic design a plus
