Job Title: R&D Lab Specialist 

Location: New Albany, OH, 43054 

Duration: 5 Months 

Job Type: Hybrid 

Work Type: Onsite 

Job Description:  

Strong communication and organizational skills, self-motivated and curious mindset with a desire to learn.   

Some previous lab experience and handling and evaluating samples for testing.   

Excel and data reporting proficiency. 

Strong interpersonal skills with team-oriented mindset, positive energy and desire/passion to be a part of testing new Bath & Body Works products.   

Also, organizational skills, great attention to detail, and multi-tasking are important. 

TECHNICAL SKILLS 

Must Have 

Color analysis 

Demonstrated strong communication skills 

Laboratory experience 

Strong organizational and analytical skills 

Nice To Have 

Bachelors Degree Science
