Learning Coach

Learn precision teaching, direct instruction, and learning science as part of a small team. Our team produces unmatched academic outcomes with learners of all abilities and ages. All training is provided.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about transforming children's lives and who want to effect meaningful change in a job they love. The paid internship can quickly turn into a position with more competitive pay and a full-time option. 

Learning coaches work one-on-one with learners of all ages and abilities (ASD, dyslexia, ADHD, learning disabilities, gifted). However, most kids we serve are in elementary and middle school and are typically developing but behind academically.

We teach Math, Reading, Logic (comprehension and critical thinking), Grammar and Composition, Spelling, Penmanship, and School Readiness Skills. All training is provided.

The Fit Learning Method averages 25 percentile rank gains on standardized assessments in as little as 50 sessions. Our model is unique, fun, and unlike traditional tutoring.

Position Details 

  • Candidates must have experience working with children.
  • Candidates must have at least 10 hours of availability per week. 
  • Candidates must be available to work at least three weekday evenings (3 pm- 7 pm). Additional daytime availability will be needed while in training.  Saturday hours are optional. 
  • Full-time hours may be available three months after becoming certified.
  • Learning Coaches have several opportunities for growth within the company.
  • All employees earn PTO. Health benefits are available for full-time employees.
