Digital and B2B Financial Services Marketing Coordinator- Veteran and Minority -owned Small Financial Services Firm in CA, CT

A boutique national financial services firm seeks a collaborative B2B Digital and Print Marketing Coordinator to support our collegial team in connecting with large institutional customers and beyond, ideally in-house in Stamford, CT, or Newport Beach, CA.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Develop marketing that highlights the financial firm’s competitive offerings:

Capabilities decks- maintain/customize materials to present at client meetings.

Email B2B outreach campaigns- create and track emails to clients with the team. 

Community events and conferences- schedule/invite, set up, attend, and publicize.

Community impact statement- update and distribute the statement and brochure.

Social media posts and business press- compliance-sensitive LinkedIn and business press.

Maintain updated website content- create and upload assets, create landing pages, adhering to best practices for user experience, tagging, and quality assurance.

Brand messaging- update strategic messaging based on comparative data and industry trends.

Zoom meetings- schedule, invite, oversee, support participants, record, summarize, distribute. 

Support CEO messaging – help shape messaging as needed.

Support recruiting and outreaches- Craft firm outreaches and job descriptions with HR.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

College degree in marketing, finance, business or related. 

Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.

Succinct writing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging by platform, purpose, and target. 

General understanding of financial markets, especially capital markets and municipal finance. 

Experience with B2B technology- LinkedIn, Zoom, PDFs, DocuSign, bulk email software. 

Collaborative self-starter- able to work alone or with cross-functional team under time pressure.

Ability to adhere to privacy,  regulatory, and compliance matters.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Solid experience with digital marketing, website updating, and email campaigns.

1-2+ years in Financial Services / Investment Banking or in targeting financial institutions. 

Use of Bloomberg and FINRA licensing or SIE a plus.

COMPENSATION: Base on role and experience.
