Six Plus Figure Sales Position
**Salary Range:** $130,000 - $210,000 Annually (Salary + Commission with Benefits)

As a Sales Representative at Ardmor Construction, you will be instrumental in driving sales and revenue growth through your door-to-door sales efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals. **Responsibilities:**
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through door-to-door sales efforts
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Present and promote Ardmor Construction's services to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify growth opportunities
**Requirements:**
- Previous door-to-door sales experience is required
- Background in roofing, siding, or construction is highly preferred
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using mobile apps and basic technology
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
