Care Coordinator

ADVENT is coming to the Nashville area in October and wants you to be a part of it! 

How you will make an impact as a Care Coordinator:

  • Act as direct contact for patients until clinical portion of patient journey completed
  • Prep all Sinus CT scan patient appointments
  • Fluently communicate necessary information to patient in order to overcome barriers or hesitations, and to move forward in their patient journey
  • Facilitate patient communication regarding their procedures, including insurance benefits/deposits, authorization status, out-of-pocket costs, payments plan, and pre-operative instructions
  • Maintain specific job knowledge including remaining up to date on any ADVENT driven sales training
  • Own location’s cancellation and no-show procedures, giving personalized attempts to reschedule
  • Cross train as a Medical Assistant and Patient Services Representative

What we're looking for in a Care Coordinator:

  • Best in Class Customer Service experience in any business area preferred
  • Experience with insurance and out-of-pocket patient responsibility preferred
  • High comfort level with medical terminology and financial conversations
  • Strong communication skills: verbal/written, listening, and building rapport
  • Excellent skills in ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention-to-detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to travel between ADVENT Franklin and Mt. Juliet clinics

Schedule:

Monday & Wednesday: 8am-4:30pm

Tuesday & Thursday: 8am-5:30pm

Friday: 8am-2:30pm
