At Crystal Care of Ashland, we make it our mission to provide the best care that we can to our patients. We are looking for individuals who have a heart for working in a long-term nursing facility to care for our patients under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing or assisting patients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Ensuring resident medical needs are being addressed
- Recording vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate
- Gathering information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition, treatment plans, or appropriate activities
- Documenting or otherwise reporting observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses
