Outside Sales Representative- Medical Equipment

We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, fostering lasting relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, while achieving monthly sales targets within your local market. Your dedication will contribute to the advancement of our healthcare product and service offerings while positively impacting our patients' lives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Utilize data-driven sales strategies to identify and pursue prospective leads 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, healthcare facilities and other potential referral sources
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with new and existing referral sources
  • Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence throughout your designated territory 
  • Facilitate educational in-services with your referral sources to highlight and promote our comprehensive product categories
  • Deliver comprehensive clinical follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources 

Qualifications

  • Willingness and ability to travel within your local assigned territory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact adeptly with physicians, hospital personnel and internal team members 
  • Computer and technological literacy
  • Positive and professional personal image
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Previous experience in sales and/or the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry is preferred, but not required
  • Must have high school diploma or GED

Physical Demands

  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
