Intern - HR Operations

Job Description

The Human Resources (HR) Intern will collaborate with global Industrial Solutions Americas.

Essential Duties:

  • Support and prepare materials, documents, presentations related to enhance employee satisfaction by completing the following:
  • Create and evaluate survey results for global employees
  • Prepare HR communications/campaigns/events globally
  • Benchmark other locations best practices for employee satisfaction
  • Consolidate information gathered
  • Prepare, monitor, analyze critical location KPIs
  • Innovative ideas to improve KPIs
  • Participate, coordinate, and support the Global HR meetings
  • Other duties, as assigned

 

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program pursuing a degree in data analytics, engineering, or similar
  • Must be at least sophomore standing
  • Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8 or higher
  • Able to work a minimum of 24+ hours or more per week during normal business hours (Monday-Friday)
  • Able to commute to our Fairlawn, OH ContiTech HQs 3 days/week (Monday-Friday)
  • Excellent communication, writing, and speaking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Able to prepare and create desirable videos
  • Curiosity to learn new things
  • Willingness to travel up to 5%
  • Continental is not able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity
