Entry Level Recruitment Coordinator

Job description

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator with at least two years of experience in the human resources field, who is ready to take on more responsibilities and challenges. As a recruitment coordinator, you will work closely with the Corporate Recruiter and be responsible for a high volume of activity.

Responsibilities include:

· Sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews with candidates for various industrial positions.

· Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.

· Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process, including reference checks, background checks, offer letters.

· Provide support and guidance to hiring managers and Corp Recruiter throughout the recruitment cycle.

· Participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs, career expos, and campus visits.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Willing to consistently perform a high volume of outbound activity to source clients and candidates as well as seeking new avenues of potential recruitment sources.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.

· Highly proactive and internally driven.

· Work well independently and in a team environment.

· Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
