Summary:  This role will be responsible for supporting the Sr. HR Generalist by handling administrative tasks, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, and participating in various HR projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a range of HR functions such as talent acquisition, benefits administration, and compliance.         

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department, including maintaining and organizing employee files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Handle data entry, document filing, and other clerical duties.

• Recruitment Support: Help with posting job openings on various job boards. Pre-screening resumes and conducting phone interviews. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.

• Onboarding and Offboarding: Aid in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome packets and scheduling orientation. Help with offboarding tasks, such as conducting exit interviews and collecting company property.

• Project Assistance: Provide support on various HR projects as assigned.

• Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Sr. HR Generalist or other HR team members.

 

Qualifications

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
