Acquisitions Associate

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions Associate Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a particular focus on cold calling and identifying new acquisition opportunities.

Conduct extensive market research to identify potential commercial real estate opportunities.

• Engage in proactive cold calling to potential property sellers and industry contacts.

• Develop and maintain a database of potential acquisition targets.

• Assist in the analysis and evaluation of real estate investment opportunities.

• Prepare and present reports on market trends, property performance, and acquisition prospects.

• Collaborate with the acquisitions team to support the due diligence process.

• Participate in property tours and site visits as needed.
