Job Title: Quality Control Chemist Lv1 (HSSE)

Client: Food Manufacturing Company

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Plymouth, MN 55447

Shift Timings: Mon - Fri / 8 AM - 4 PM CST

Principal Accountabilities:

• 20%: Support research scientists with projects and method validation
• 60%: Conduct routine sample analysis, experiments, organize and communicate results
• 10%: Maintain lab equipment, handle sample requests
• 10%: Ensure corporate EHS and Food Safety compliance

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years chemistry lab experience (higher education can substitute experience)
• Experience with standard chemistry lab glassware and techniques
• Effective communication skills
• Effective organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to learn
• Attention to detail

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Natural Product Chemistry, Food Science, or related field
• Experience in analytical laboratory or natural product research
• Experience in food analysis
• HPLC, UHPLC, and HPLC-MS experience
