About this Job
This is a junior level consulting trainee position. Training will be provided throughout the entirety of your career. 1st year promotions typically come between months 5 and 14. We are in the technical consulting industry, and we provide multiple services within our industry. You will not be hands-on technical, but instead understand how technology fits in our clients' business models. We have many different paths in the company like Account Executive, Account Management, Tech Consultant, Operations, Internal Marketing, Executive Search Consultant, Technical Recruiting and Business Logistics Coordinator. We let you experience all different paths during the training program so each person finds their best fit in the company. **A technical background is NOT needed because of our training programs.**
The position entails :
- Meeting with clients and potential consultants on and off site
- Negotiating contracts
- Building long term client relationships / client partnerships
- Consulting on best business practices
- Client entertainment
- Identifying and leveraging strategic business decisions
- Managing internal employees, and much more.

We offer base salaries (that increase with time) + uncapped commission, as well as private stock incentives (as we are an employee-owned company).
