Marketing E-commerce Intern
Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing E-commerce Intern to join our team. In this role, you will enhance our online presence and drive our digital marketing efforts across multiple e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and web development teams to edit, review, and improve our websites. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and web management.
Essential Functions/Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in website content updates, ensuring all information is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
- Review and analyze website performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify technical issues and coordinate with the web development team to resolve them.
- Manage and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, BigCommerce, and custom-built websites), ensuring all information is current and visually appealing.
- Assist in integrating and managing e-commerce tools and plugins to enhance website functionality.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualification Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time
- Experience with any e-commerce platforms
Working Conditions/Environment:
Works primarily in a high pace office setting where the employee is required to speak, read, hear, sit, stand, and walk. The noise level in the office is low to moderate times
