This is for our Romer Labs division which offers a broad range of innovative products and services covering mycotoxins, food pathogens, food allergens, gluten, GMO, veterinary drug residues and melamine. www.romerlabs.com

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support, including on-site visits, to ensure customer satisfaction, empower sales personnel, and enhance the capabilities of customer service teams.
  • Manage and execute validations and applications, promptly fulfilling customer inquiries and requests.
  • Troubleshooting by utilizing laboratory techniques and computer software to carry out experimental protocols and accurately document outcomes.
  • Facilitate hands-on product training sessions for both customers and internal staff, guaranteeing correct and effective product use.
  • Play a pivotal role in the rollout of new products by contributing to validation studies, overseeing beta site testing, and leading educational initiatives for staff and customers.

 

You bring

  • Bachelor's degree in science related field
  • 1-2 years’ prior experience in laboratory setting preferred
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize daily tasks
  • Ability to travel 30%
