Data Science/Business Analyst Inter

The Ethos Group IT Department designs, maintains, and supports custom web and PC-based applications used by our clients, sales representatives, and internal operations.

This position involves working with our internal processes and systems to baseline and optimize efficiency gains through automated systems. This can consist of assisting our internal clients with automated workflow design and implementation, process development, data analysis, and other activities.

Our team consists of members who work cooperatively in a professional environment that encourages initiative, positive attitudes and always doing the right thing. We provide mentoring to help your growth process but allow the opportunity to work independently and contribute new ideas.

Education:

·        Bachelor’s degree in MIS or equivalent

·        GPA of 3.0 or better

Some experience in the below is a plus, but is not required:

·        Process diagramming

·        Automated workflow design and development

·        Business Intelligence and Data Analysis concepts

·        ITIL

·        Agile/Scrum

·        ServiceNow
