Program Focus:

Our ten-week internship offers an immersive experience in our delivery team's operations. Interns manage real client interactions, contribute to pivotal projects, and rotate through essential business areas such as marketing, sales, and customer service. This rotation is tailored to instill a thorough understanding of our innovative business model and collaborative culture.

 

Internship Goals:

  • Acquire practical experience in a fast-paced, technologically driven sales environment.
  • Develop essential skills in data analysis, client management, and project execution.
  • Engage in meaningful mentorship from experienced leaders, including direct interactions with our founders.

 

Program Details:

  • Starting with comprehensive training, the internship progresses through hands-on involvement in projects, culminating in final presentations.

Compensation:

Convertros offers a virtual internship with all the advantages of a traditional office, including significant commuting savings. Interns receive a $400 weekly stipend, performance bonuses, and invaluable experiences in real-world skills development, client engagement, and leadership exposure, potentially leading to full-time roles.
