Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting and selling our HVACR products, providing product information and demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. This role will require you to work in our Chesapeake, VA office.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Familiarity with the HVACR industry and products
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
