About the role
Holsinger Financial Solutions is seeking a curious thinker and executor Digital Marketing Intern to help us revamp our digital presence. This internship is a rare chance to gain hands-on experience while working alongside the President.
What you will do
- Spearhead the development and design of a new website via a website builder, by leading copywriting and visual asset creation, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Elevate the firm’s online presence by crafting and managing a business profile on LinkedIn, providing copywriting and content guidelines for posts.
- Collaborate closely with the President to receive feedback, share ideas, and refine marketing initiatives.
Who you are
- Eagerness: willingness to learn and curiosity, demonstrating genuine interest in digital marketing.
- Experience: bonus (not required) if possess background knowledge related to website development and LinkedIn profile management.
- Organizer: highly organized in executing daily tasks, delivering quality work on time, and managing your time without needing daily supervision. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Problem-solver: possess logical thinking, reasoning, and understanding to identify problems, address issues, and discover solutions. Unafraid to take initiative, think out of the box, and make mistakes to learn from them.
- Scholar: intellectually curious. Working towards a high school or Bachelor's degree.
- Strong writer: thrive when writing to people of all backgrounds, and look to continuously grow your communication skills.
- Tech savvy: utilize digital tools to efficiently produce work.
Internship logistics
U.S. high school or college students only with U.S. citizenship or green card.
Hours: 10-15 hours per week during the summer.
Time period: 1 month starting as soon as possible in July '24.
Compensation: $12 per hour.
