Marketing Coordinator

Chief Executive Group seeks an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team. As Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, contribute to audience development, and provide essential support to achieve business objectives. This is a remote position, and candidates should be in eastern or central time zones.

Responsibilities include

  • Assist in planning and executing various marketing campaigns including web, email, social media, SEO/SEM, database marketing, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate in drafting copy for email, website, event, and social media collateral and campaigns.
  • Execute campaigns using our marketing automation platform.
  • Assist in list development programs to enhance marketing leads for audience acquisition efforts.
  • Support the creation of advertisements with design team for events and national products.
  • Coordinate collateral and campaign language for telemarketing team activities.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining our social media presence.
  • Utilize analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple products and touchpoints.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required.

 Ideal candidates will possess the following characteristics:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or business
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience, B2B preferred
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Effective communication skills; experience successfully utilizing ChatGPT a plus
  • Creative, curious, and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Canva a plus
  • Experience with database management a plus
