Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our wonderful team at a fast-paced and exciting technology service-oriented, broad line electronic components distributor company. With offices all over the world, we are a growing company that offers many career opportunities/advancements in a motivating and connected setting. The position does come along with a high commission structure that, together with base pay, allows for a lucrative income.

 

*Ongoing training will be provided

*Base: $50,000-$65,000 + uncapped commissions

 

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Tamarac, FL. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for various tasks including customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires effective communication and relationship-building skills to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions. The financial reward is high

 

As a Sales Representative at ASC Global, you'll play a critical role in driving sales revenue and developing relationships with customers. You'll work closely with the Sales Manager and other members of the sales team to identify new business opportunities and close deals. You'll be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers and developing new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.

 

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Account Management skills
  • Experience in lead generation and customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Knowledge of electronic components and industry is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
