K-12 Activities Director

Brockton is a small community of approximately 250 people located in northeast Montana and on the east end of the Fort Peck Assiniboine and Sioux Indian Reservation. The Class C school district consists of one K-12 building and has an enrollment of roughly 150 students, 98% of whom are Native American.

We are looking to hire a full-time K-12 Activities Director for the 2024-2025 school year.  The position will work under the guidance of the building Principal and Assistant Principal and be responsible for the annual management and coordination of all K-12 Activities/Sports programs. 

High School activities include: Cheerleading, Volleyball (girls), Cross Country, 6-Man Football, Basketball, Track, and Golf. Junior High Activities include: Volleyball, 6-Man Football, Basketball, and Track. Elementary School activities include: Basketball and Track.  Other academic activities and field trips are also included in the AD's responsibilities. 

Salary is negotiable. Health benefits included for certified candidates.

Preferred Qualifications: Possess a valid and active Montana Teacher or Administrator license, Previous experience as an AD, Completed coursework in Activity Management and Supervision.

Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of previous experience as a High School Head Coach, previous experience supervising and evaluating employees.
