Entry Level Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you are working daily to make life better for those who make lives better but connecting educational healthcare professionals to schools where they can make real impacts in a child's life. In this role:

  • You will identify staffing needs in various settings through a means of lead generation, prospecting, job posting, and outbound calls (cold-calling is a part of this)
  • You will learn and have autonomy to build and maintain relationships with your own clients, employees, and candidates
  • You will work with a mentor to set and exceed sales quotas
  • You will negotiation terms in a staffing contract beginning to end (full-cycle/full desk)
  • You will regularly adapt, pivot, and align with the demands of the market
  • You will build lasting relationships with internal colleagues, working together to meet our greater mission

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • A sales-mentality
  • Willingness to commute into an office M-F until work from home opportunities are earned
